RemoteView, a service offered by RSupport, provides users with the capability to control computers remotely, whether they are located at home, in the office, or elsewhere, as long as there is an active Internet connection. The setup process is straightforward: first, an agent must be installed on the target computer, followed by the installation of the RemoteView app on your iPhone or iPad. Once completed, users can access resource-intensive applications from their mobile devices as if they were using a full desktop environment.

Setup Instructions:

 <li>Installing the Agent:</li>

 <li>Visit the RemoteView website on the PC intended for remote control.</li>
 <li>Log in using your ID and password.</li>
 <li>Select “Add PC” or “Install” from the “Remote PC Manage My” screen.</li>
 <li>The installation will commence after setting up a Remote PC access ID and password.</li>

 <li>Controlling a Computer from a Smart Device:</li>
 <ol>
 <li>Download the RemoteView app from the App Store and launch it.</li>
 <li>Log in with your RemoteView web ID and password.</li>
 <li>Select the remote PC you wish to control.</li>
 <li>Input the Remote PC access ID and password to log in.</li>
 <li>You are now ready to remotely control your PC.</li>
